Your data on the waiting list

Short and honest: what we keep, why, for how long, and how you get it deleted.

Who is responsible

Brinvik, Kim Olsen, Copenhagen, Denmark. Write to privacy@brinvik.com about anything to do with your data.

What we keep

Your first name, your work email, your company's name and, if you choose it, the number of employees.
When you joined, and when you confirmed your email.
Whether you open our emails and click links in them. Brevo, which sends the emails, measures this.

This site uses no cookies and no tracking. The form passes your answers straight on to Brevo, and our code keeps them nowhere else. Vercel, which runs the site, keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, like every web server, to keep the site secure.

Why

To write to you about Odin: when there is room for you, and when there is news about the launch. We do so because you said yes (consent, GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You confirm your yes in an email before you are on the list.

Who else sees it

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) keeps the list and sends the emails.
Vercel runs the site. The form is handled on a server in Frankfurt.

Both are processors for Brinvik and may only use the data for what we ask. We never sell or share the list.

For how long

Until you unsubscribe. If you have not become a client 24 months after joining, we remove you from the list.

Your rights

You can always unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of our emails. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@brinvik.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, or the authority where you live.
